We are strengthening our Product Management team by adding a Product Responsible to support our hand programme product portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Production, Customer Care, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D teams. Your mission is to support product lifecycle management, coordinate cross-functional activities, analyze product performance, and contribute to the successful development and promotion of abrasive products. QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

The Production Product Manager will be responsible for

• Supporting the Product Manager in managing the product life cycle from product introduction to phase-out,
• Coordinating communication between customers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of product-related projects,
• Working closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D teams to support product initiatives,
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance in terms of sales volume, profitability, and market feedback,
• Conducting market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities,
• Supporting product launch activities, including documentation, training, and communication plans,
• Collaborating with R&D on new product development projects, product improvements, and feasibility studies,
• Providing technical and commercial support to the Sales team when required,
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of product guidelines, specifications, and technical documentation,
• Maintaining product data and ensuring data accuracy within SAP and other business systems,
• Collecting and evaluating customer feedback and translating it into actionable product improvement initiatives,
• Participating in global product management projects and supporting project leaders in implementation activities,

 General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Technical Sales Support, Marketing, or a related function,
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred,
• Experience in the hardware industry, particularly the abrasives business, is an advantage,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Effective organizational and time management abilities,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams,
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail,
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven,
