QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably within an international business environment,
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems is required,
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, opportunity management, and sales pipeline management,
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within critical timelines,
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach,
• High sense of ownership, accuracy, and responsibility,
• Experience in export operations and international order processes is an asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing international demo requests and product orders by accurately entering and maintaining them in the relevant systems,
• Creating, updating, and maintaining sales opportunities and related customer data in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness,
• Monitoring opportunities throughout the sales cycle and ensuring that CRM records, stages, and relevant sales information are kept up to date,
• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and products are completed and delivered accurately and on time,
• Acting as a key coordination point between international customers, sales teams, and internal departments throughout the sales process,
• Providing operational support to international sales teams and proactively following up on ongoing requests, opportunities, and orders,
• Supporting the preparation of quotations, certificates, and other required sales-related documentation,
• Following the order process end-to-end, from order entry and internal approvals through delivery and completion,
• Following up on invoice approval processes and payments in coordination with the relevant teams,
• Coordinating with the Foreign Trade Specialist for the preparation and follow-up of export documentation and shipment-related processes,
• Identifying operational issues and bottlenecks and contributing to improvements in sales support processes,
• Ensuring accurate, timely, and effective communication among all stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
