Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer order processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery across both professional and retail channels.

You will act as the key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and supply chain operations, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order  process, including order entry, validation, and tracking
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and planning teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Monitor order status, proactively identify potential delays, and communicate solutions to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and product availability in line with commercial agreements
• Maintain and update customer master data and order records in the system
• Prepare reports on service levels, order fulfillment, and customer performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and supply chain processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or retail distribution is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g.LOGO) and MS Office applications
• Fluency in a good command of English
