Marketing Manager

Job Description:

In line with our company’s growth objectives, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy of our brands. This role requires a data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

You will be responsible for developing both short- and long-term marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring that brand communication is effectively adapted to the local market in alignment with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies for the brands
• Create tailored marketing plans based on different channels and customer segments
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Analyze campaign and activity performance with a strong ROI focus and take necessary actions
• Collaborate with global and brand teams to localize communication strategies
• Plan and execute product and brand launch processes
• Work closely with training, digital, and sales teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare presentations for the sales team and actively participate in meetings
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• X+ years of experience in marketing
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Proven experience in budget management and performance analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Fluency in English is preferred
