Trade Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our hair salon and sub-dealer channel. In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams, taking an active part in campaign execution, in-store visibility, and channel development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns and promotions for hair salons and sub-dealers
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop initiatives that drive sales growth
• Manage and implement POS materials (displays, visual assets, promotional items, etc.) in the field
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Plan and execute channel activation activities for new product launches
• Monitor competitor activities and propose competitive strategies
• Analyze feedback from dealers and field teams and translate insights into action

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing or field marketing (preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or professional hair care)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• No travel restrictions and willingness to work actively in the field
