Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good command of both written and spoken Russian is required as a second language
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, wholesale, export, or related fields
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- No restrictions on international travel
Job Description
- Research and analyze international wholesale markets, competitors, and customer trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international wholesale customers
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of international wholesale channels
- Manage the entire sales process from order receipt to shipment and delivery
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales processes
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Finance, Logistics, and Production
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning in line with customer demands
- Prepare, control, and maintain all export and international sales documentation
- Manage operational processes and documentation related to overseas customers and business units
- Ensure all export transactions are carried out in compliance with legal regulations and company procedures
- Support international marketing activities, trade fairs, customer visits, and promotional projects
- Prepare sales reports, market analyses, and business development presentations
- Contribute to brand awareness and market expansion strategies in target countries
