QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in accounting and finance systems.
• Solid understanding of tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial documentation.
• Improve accounting processes and maintain effective internal controls.
