QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar Construction Manager role
• Strong background in EPC project execution
• Familiarity with international standards such as API, EN, ASME, and ISO
• Proven experience in the construction of process facilities, including Civil, Piping, Structural, and E&I systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multidisciplinary construction teams
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and demanding project environments
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage subcontractors and construction teams to achieve project milestones
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams
• Participate in construction planning, resource allocation, and work sequencing
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues and project risks
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently
• Support cost control activities and budget compliance
• Act as the primary construction interface with the Client and other stakeholders
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture
