Mechanical Quality Control Technician

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in a related department,
• Min. 5 years of field experience,
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must, German is a plus
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Programs are required,
• Strong communication and planning skills,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, eager to adapt and learn,
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing inspections and testing of mechanical components and products to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities,
• NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) experience according to ISO 9712 in multiple methods, as well as certification as an Welding Technician (ST), or Welding Specialist (SFM), desirable
• Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality-related data,
• Collaborating with suppliers to establish quality requirements for purchased components and materials,
• Staying updated with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems,
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards for mechanical systems and equipment.
