QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA), including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, CSWIP/CWI) are an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in quality tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis).
• Good command of MS Office applications and quality documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English for reporting and coordination.

• Develop and implement Quality Control (QC) procedures and inspection plans.
• Ensure materials, fabrication, and completed work comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise QA/QC inspectors and technicians, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare quality documentation, inspection records, NCRs, and periodic reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
