It is producing tailor - made solutions in automotive sealing systems, is a worldwide supplier for automotive manufacturers . Our customer operates in 13 countries with its manufacturing facilities, R&D centers design and resident offices. Hands-on experince over the years, constantly developed technology and fully equipped facilities, they supplies dealing profiles for one of every five cars produced in Europe.

QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree,
· Minimum 2 years experience in related fields,
· Good at employment legislation,
· Experience in Corporate Payroll Systems,
· Good command of spoken and written English,
· SAP knowledge is an asset
· Pro-active, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility,
· Strong relationship building, communication, and problem solving/analytical skills,
· Must have strong advising skills,in-depth knowledge of employment law and experience in resolving employee relations issues.
İŞ TANIMI
· Performing new employee registrations
· Organizing personnel files
· Preparing payroll transactions
· Developing and implementing payroll procedures, policies and work rules to ensure compliance.
· Developing payroll strategies including such things as acquisitions, systems conversions and corrections.
· Developing a thorough knowledge of Company personnel rules, leave policies and procedures, payroll procedures, provisions of collective bargaining agreements related to payroll and personnel matters.
· Analyzing complex payroll problems and makes recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· To maintain all functions about labor law for workers
· Prepares periodic financial, statistical, and operational reports as needed.
· Administers payroll-related employee benefit programs.
· Performs internal audits of payroll accounts.
· Implement and maintain new HR System
· Maintains the payroll database of current employee base, wages, and benefits.
· Responsible for special projects as assigned.
