As part of our growing international patient operations, we are seeking a team member for Çakmak Hospital to professionally manage all pre- and post-operative communication with Spanish- and English-speaking international patients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately, impartially, and completely interpret during doctor–patient consultations,
• Manage communication with patients throughout all stages of the treatment process,
• Follow up on operation schedules, room assignments, and daily surgery flow,
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding transfer and accommodation processes,
• Update patient records in a timely and complete manner,
