   Erdemir Mühendislik Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. provides the OYAK Mining Metallurgy companies with engineering services and project management services for investment projects covering a wide range of services from planning to implementation within the process starting from feasibility studies and ending with the commissioning of the facility.

Job Description

·   Technical studies on production lines of OYAK Mining Metallurgy companies aiming to achieve process optimization of mentioned production lines

·   Optimization between plants with providing the access to new and latest technologies and know-how through tracking and analyzing technological process innovations worldwide in Cold Rolling Mills and Processing Lines of flat products production processes by studying literature and/or direct company contacts

·   Initiate development of production alternatives and development projects for operational implementation of technological innovations through R & D or investment budgets.

·   As first point of contact for Production and Maintenance people from Cold Rolling Mills and Processing Lines and being a member of Know-How center for OPEX support; investigation and the analysis of the engineering requests originated from the operation and/or maintenance groups

·   Making conceptual engineering and preparing all related data for major and detailed engineering consolidating and optimizing the technologies in terms of the entire production process with the aim of improving product quality, customer satisfaction, cost and manufacturing flexibility

·   Support measures for troubleshooting or to maintain and improve operational safety

·   Being a valuable member of Project Team within projects of Cold Rolling Mills and Processing Lines.

Qualifications

·   M.S, B.S degree in Mechanical Engineering

·   1 - 3 years in project management, technology engineering, operations or maintenance organizations

·   PMP or similar project management certification is preferred

·   Experience and knowledge at Cold Rolling Mills and Processing Lines of flat products is preferred

·   Cost awareness and prioritization

·   Strong willingness to take initiative

·   Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects, techniques and tools of project management

·   Direct work experience in conceptual engineering, basic info, major and detailed engineering design

·   Proficiency in MS Office and Autodesk ACAD 2D &3D softwares

·   Familiar with Autodesk Inventor, Solidedge, ANSYS, etc. design tools

·   Very good analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills

·   Good level of reading, writing and verbal communication skills in English,

·   No restriction for travelling

·   No military service obligation,

·   Living in or willing to relocate to Karadeniz Ereğli, Zonguldak.
