We are looking for a Planning & Procurement Manager to manage raw material and packaging procurement, production planning and follow-up, inventory requirements, and overseas product orders.
The role will ensure that products and materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan product, raw material, and packaging requirements based on sales forecasts, stock levels, and lead times
- Source suppliers, collect quotations, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery conditions
- Create and follow up purchase orders
- Coordinate contract manufacturers and monitor production until goods are received into stock
- Ensure all raw materials, packaging, labels, and supporting materials are ready before production
- Place and follow up orders with overseas brand owners and distributors
- Coordinate proforma invoices, shipment preparation, logistics, customs, and delivery processes with relevant teams
- Monitor stock levels and proactively manage out-of-stock and overstock risks
- Track product and material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluate supplier and manufacturer performance
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Warehouse, and Foreign Trade teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, planning, production follow-up, or supply operations
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, supplements is preferred
- Knowledge of raw material, packaging, and contract manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with international purchasing, import, and shipment processes
- Strong Excel skills; ERP or MRP experience is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English
