Production Merchandiser

We are looking for a Production Merchandiser to join our company Fateks Giyim, a leading manufacturer and exporter of jerseywear garments for globally recognized brands.

About Job Role

• Enter customer orders into the system accurately and completely,

• Translate incoming customer information and requests into standardized internal production,

• Prepare all necessary documentation and instructions to production teams to start the order,

• Clarify any missing or unclear information with customers,

• Manage and track customer approvals for lab, fabric and pre production sample processes,

• Keep customers updated according to the critical path,

• Manage customer and production meetings, ensuring follow up on all actioned items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile or related field,

• Proficient English (verbal and written) for active communication and meeting management,

• Experience in managing samples and approval processes,

• Highly organized, detail oriented and strong coordination skills,

• Min 5-8 years of merchandising experience in similar work environment,

• Start Date: Immediate / ASAP.
