We are looking for a teammate to work as a "Team Leader" who wants to work in a company that is one of the leading companies in the textile industry.

General Qualifications

• Graduate of Textile Engineering University or an equivalent university

• At least 8 years of experience in knitted ready-made clothing

• Fluent English

• Having customer portfolio experience

• Proficient in MS Office programs

• Detail-oriented, with strong planning and order tracking skills

• Good Communication, analytical thinking and strong operational skills

• Good team management skills required, customer and results oriented

 Job Description

We are looking for a TEAM LEADER for our RUBYRED factorywho can meet the following conditions;

• Establishing and developing the relationship between the customer, Istanbul Head Quarter  and the company's manufacturing departments from placing the order until the end of shipment process is completed
• Completing proto/SMS and all sample preparations in accordance with customer demands/times and ensuring necessary reconciliations at all stages of the preparation process
• Managing and organizing the team
• Collection preparations and presentations according to customer demands/timelines
• Costing experience and determination of product costs
• Order Management - Placing the order, tracking the order with timely delivery and quality
• Management of  customer approvals regarding processes such as fabric, accessories, samples, fit, printing, embroidery, etc. for the ordered designs
• Communication bridge between customers and the company about all processes and deadlines
• Organizing customer visits
• Contributing to the development of corporate goals and strategies
