DoctorAdam is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We are looking for a team member who will communicate with our customers via phone, email, and SMS, answer their questions, follow up on their requests, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Support

• Good command of English

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable using computers and web-based systems

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Able to work independently and responsibly in a remote environment

• Experience in telehealth, healthcare, e-commerce, or similar industries is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and SMS

• Answer customer questions and resolve requests, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

• Track customer communications and open requests

• Proactively contact customers when needed

• Report customer feedback and important issues to management

• Support daily customer service processes and general team operations

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Remote

• Part-time / Full-time

• The position is currently expected to be primarily part-time

• Working hours will be scheduled according to EST / PST time zones

• Flexibility with working hours is expected
