Located in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia and inspired by the philosophy of “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott is looking for a  Finance Manager to join our team.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields,
• Preferably experienced in international chain hotels, with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in finance management,
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and audit processes,
• Experience in revenue management, cost control, cash flow, and taxation procedures,
• Proficient in Opera, Micros, MC, MS Office, and financial reporting systems,
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and reporting skills,
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven and solution-focused mindset,
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic hotel operation and intensive work environment,
• Committed to Marriott International brand standards, ethical business practices, and sustainability principles,
• Good command of English,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage all financial operations of the hotel in line with Marriott International standards,
• Ensure the preparation and analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports,
• Effectively manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance processes,
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability analyses and report findings to senior management,
• Coordinate accounting, revenue, credit, purchasing, and finance operations teams,
• Ensure all tax, audit, and legal processes are carried out accurately and on time,
• Analyze financial risks and establish necessary control mechanisms,
• Contribute to operational efficiency through the development of internal control procedures,
• Manage the training, development, and performance processes of the finance team,
• Provide financial support to operational processes in order to enhance guest satisfaction.
