At Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection, where we bring the philosophy of "A Hotel with a Story Worth Collecting" to life in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia, we are seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our Marketing team.

The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for producing engaging and high-quality visual content that enhances the hotel's brand presence across digital and print platforms. Working under the guidance of theHead of Marketing, this role supports the execution of the hotel's marketing strategy through graphic design, social media content creation, photography, videography, and creative storytelling while ensuring consistency with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, hotel promotions, and marketing collateral.
• Design graphics, advertisements, brochures, menus, flyers, and other marketing materials using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or other professional design tools.
• Ability to capture short-form videos, photos for social media story platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Produce and edit Reels, Stories, and other video content using photo and video editing tools
• Develop creative content ideas and support the execution of the monthly social media content calendar.
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy for social media and digital communications.
• Manage guest communications: automated responses, inbox messages, reviews & comments
• Maintain consistency of the hotel’s visual identity and ensure all creative materials comply with brand guidelines.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas to improve engagement.
• Assist with basic digital marketing activities and content optimization.
• Organize and maintain the library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and design files.
• Collaborate with operational departments to create content that showcases the hotel’s facilities, restaurants, events, spa, and guest experiences.
• Supervise and participate in monthly shootings
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Strong photography and mobile videography skills.
• Excellent visual design skills with a creative eye for detail.
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills in English & Turkish
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and audience engagement.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
• Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling.
• Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance reporting.
