QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Cabin Crew Training Assistant who will work at the Headquarters of Freebird Airlines, Antalya.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school education, university (aviation) degree preferable,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and able to pick up other software packages as required specific to the business,
- Experience and/or knowledge in dealing with correspondence, reports, presentations, filing, keeping records,
- Have aviation experience in training scheduling preferable,
- Have general knowledge of aviation,
- Being tidy and attentive to details,
- Being able to handle confidential information,
- Having good organizing and follow-up skills.
Tasks:
- Planning the daily activities and processes of the Cabin Crew Training Department,
- Following all the necessary documents related to the programmed training and submitting them to the instructor(s),
- Following the "Initial Assessment Form" of the Cabin Crew Member candidates and files,
- Following the validity of the Cabin Crew members' Recurrent DGR, First Aid, Course 1, Course 7 Security, CEET training,
- Preparing documents and keeping records of the required training,
- Coordinating training facilities (transportation, ordering meals, tickets, hotel, e.g.)
- Assisting in communication between the Cabin Crew Training Department and related intern and extern organizations,
- Planning and administration of classrooms and training activities and device(s),
- Coordination, planning, and preparation of cabin crew training-related meetings & audits (including meeting hand-out .... e.g.)
- Following ‘Line Indoctrination’ forms and submit them to Cabin Training Manager and deliver them to Cabin Crew Management to keep in the file,
- Keeping all documents and forms up to date in the Document Management System under the coordination of the Cabin Crew Training Manager,
- Preparing regular monthly training reports for Civil Aviation (Ground and Line Training / Line Check of participants /Instructors/Checkers including the related revisions, presents to the Cabin Training Manager),
- Prepares the List of the relevant participating cabin crew members and the necessary information to the Subcontracted companies and ensures that it is transmitted,
- Prepares internal and external correspondence, and follows up on the filing process.
