Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field,
• At least 3 years of aviation experience,
• Experienced and knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of Civil Aviation,
• Good knowledge of computer skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Control the daily operations, when contracting out, that each contractor meets the required company standards and has installed a quality system,
• Monitor that all ground handling actions associated with ramp operations, passenger services, weight and balance control, the correct amount and type of ground support equipment always available and functional at the appropriate ground handling facilities in accordance with IATA Standards Ground Handling Agreement as contracted,
• Provide management and control of ground operations documentation and liaise with MS for Compliance Monitoring activities of ground operations,
• Monitor the reservation system and the DCS daily to ensure a smooth PNL (Passenger name list) flow into the system; prepare, upload the PNL and share them with the related stations, if needed,
• Provide statistical reports related to area of work as necessary,
• Evaluate complaints received from the ground handling companies, tour operators, or FHY Service Center department,
• Monitor ground handling irregularities, report, and provide solutions on daily basis,
• Deal with all kinds of problems of INAD and Deportee passengers and ensure their return as soon as possible,
• Ensure the sub-charter and wet-lease correspondences are held properly among related parties, within the scope of ground handling activities,
• Provide the necessary arrangements and coordination with stations, when needed, for the passengers, crew, and staff, if there are hotel, catering, and transportation requests,
• Manage and process all special requests (WCH, medical devices, musical instruments, etc.),
• Report any irregular occasion to his/her superior position.
