Quality Systems Engineer

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university,

• At least 5 years of experience in the Quality Department within the manufacturing industry,

• Good command of English,

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills,

• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach,

• Experience with QDMS software,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

• Strong team player with a detail-oriented and proactive approach,

• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul,

• For male candidates, completion of military service is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the implementation and coordination of the QDMS system and handling user requests,

• Recording customer complaints, coordinating the necessary activities for their investigation and resolution, and preparing relevant reports,

• Having knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems,

• Participating in continuous improvement activities,

• Taking an active role in supplier management.
