International Patient Specialist
GD Smile Studio is an international healthcare center operating in the health tourism sector, specializing dental treatments.

While providing a high-quality healthcare experience to patients from all around the world, we are looking for new team members with strong communication skills to join our growing global team.

We are currently seeking an International Sales Specialist to work at our office located in Kagithane Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Bulgarian, or Polish. ( English must )
• Preferably holds an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferably has sales experience in health tourism processes, particularly in , dental treatments.
• Strong persuasion skills, clear diction, and an effective speaking voice.
• Committed to patient satisfaction and confidentiality principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and working approach.
• Well-developed follow-up, planning, and coordination skills.
  
  

Job Description

• Respond to and manage patient inquiries received via phone, messaging applications, and email channels in a prompt, professional, and sales-oriented manner.
• Conduct needs analysis for prospective patients, present suitable treatment options, manage the persuasion process, and finalize appointments/sales closures.
• Actively follow up on daily incoming leads (potential patient inquiries), manage return processes, and increase conversion rates.
• Provide accurate information and high-quality service while prioritizing patient satisfaction.
• Regularly and accurately update patient data, records, and process stages within the CRM system.
• Demonstrate a proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented approach in order to achieve the sales and information targets set by the company.
