DEPARTMENT and ROLE

We are looking for a "Customer Consultant" with an excellent command of English who will work remotely within the "Customer Service" department. If you want to be a part of this success story, apply now!

Qualifications: 

• Fluent or native English speaker,
• Suitable to work in the Chicago time zone,
• Preferably with a bachelor's degree,
• Must be able to articulate details to customers professionally and calmly with a smooth diction.
• Team player with a positive attitude willing to improve themselves
• Able to think analytically, pay attention to details and not hesitate to take initiative,
• Dynamic, adaptable to changes quickly, target and result oriented,
• High persuasiveness,
• Successful in human relations

Job Description:

• Responding to and solving questions/complaints and requests from customers instantly via e-mail, telephone or chatbot within Gelin Diamond,
• Providing quality service by ensuring customer satisfaction,
• Recording the information received from the customer,
• Following the customer's complaint process from beginning to end, resolving it by taking the initiative
• Being up-to-date about new products and services and delivering them to customers correctly,
• Being creative while solving customer problems and conveying inputs that will contribute to possible process changes and developments to the relevant departments.
