Reception & Administrative Affairs Specialist

Considering that we promise thousands of items through the app, it is imperative that all these items be available, at the right condition, to all of our users, all the time.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Greet and welcome the guests
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and place
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Update calendars and schedule meetings when needed
- Give support to Administrative Affairs and People Department
- Support the arrangement of travel and accommodations both within the country and abroad
- Support expat management process
What You’ll Bring?
- Min. 3 years related experience
- Professional attitude and appearance and a smiling face
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- An honest care about people. Willingness to get involved and fix problems. We help people get better so we can all succeed.
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written is a must
- Resilience. Not every day is going to be easy; but a good attitude and resilience will get you through much easier.
