About Us

As GGM Gastro Turkey, we are looking for a Human Resources & Accounting Assistant to join our team at our new showroom opening at Skyland AVM in Istanbul. The ideal candidate should have at least a C1 level of English and will support our daily Human Resources, accounting, and administrative operations

Job Description

• Supporting the daily Human Resources processes for an office of 30–40 employees,
• Tracking employee attendance, leave, sick leave, and working hours,
• Preparing and following up on required documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding,
• Maintaining and updating employee personnel files,
• Coordinating with the Human Resources department at the head office,
• Tracking and organizing invoices, receipts, expenses, and other accounting documents,
• Preparing and forwarding accounting documentation to the relevant departments,
• Providing operational support for accounts payable and payment processes,
• Supporting the daily administrative and operational activities of the office.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field,
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources and/or accounting processes,
• Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong organizational and documentation skills,
• Good communication and coordination abilities,
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of following up on tasks effectively,
• Ability to support both Human Resources and accounting processes.
