GIZ manufactures in Istanbul Trakya Free Zone, Turkey, with is 4500m?2; production, R&D laboratories and large warehouse facilities. GIZ performs research and production with a qualified team having an annual production capacity of 35 million items per year. GIZ is certified to ISO 9001, GMP-ISO 22716.

Before to be offered to the consumers, GIZ cosmetics’ products have been testingin laborotaries accredited in accordance with the EU Directives.
Research & Development studies, quality control and microbiological tests have been carryingout by professional experienced team at laboratories equipped with modern technological devices.
Each product that we sell has the security files and completed CPNP records.

Requirements;

• Fluent English is a must , additional knowledge of foreign language 
• At least 5 years of marketing experience and experience in cosmetic sector 
• Working with the executive team, such as the business development  director or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
• Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staff.
• Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.Positioning the 2 brands and PL and personal care products of Company.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
• Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
• Creating marketing budget accordingly with sales team by continents , countries and clients.
• Sharing and supporting sales team with analyzes ,reports and sustainable sales increasing actions
• Free to travel globally with or without sales team to penetrate brand knowledge
