Overall Requirements:

• Law School Graduate,
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the law departments of companies and/or in providing freelance law consultancy for companies,
• Experience in court as well as legal contract assessment and negotiation,
• Mastery of Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Obligations Law, Commercial Law, and Personal Data Protection Law regulations,
• Advanced level of English,
• Team player,
• Effective communicator, strong ability in written and oral expression,
• Adaptable to a busy work schedule.

Job Description:

• Conducting the legal affairs of the Holding and affiliate companies as a part of our legal department,
• Following up with corporate lawsuits, writing petitions, attending hearings,
• Analyzing and preparing contracts, attending negotiations,
• Preparing legal opinions and annotations if necessary,
• Representing the company as a lawyer before all courts, companies and institutions in line with the job description,
• Following up and finalizing legal tasks and operations required by official authorities, conducting official correspondences,
• Following up personal data protection law processes, preparing and applying amended texts if necessary,
• Conducting and following relations with contracted law offices,
• Preparing and presenting reports in line with the Legal Director’s and/or the Administration’s demand.
