Your Role:

• Manage the creation of posts, Reels, and Stories for our social media channels in line with the brand strategy,
• Develop content ideas and concepts for influencers,
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers, video producers, and copywriters, to bring projects to life,
• Use AI tools for visual, copy, and video production as part of the content creation process,
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, publishing, and moderation,
• Monitor campaign and content performance and prepare regular reports,
• Contribute to the development of our strategy through competitor analysis, trend monitoring, and new content ideas,
• Support digital crisis management processes when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least three years of experience in social media management,
• Experience in influencer content creation,
• A creative mindset and the ability to turn ideas into action,
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to further develop skills in this area,
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and advertising,
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights,
• Experience in moderation and community management,
• Preferably experience in an agency, FMCG, or e-commerce environment,
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
