Global Operations Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Global Operations Intern to support our data entry, SAP operations, and e-commerce activities in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily data entry and operational processes
- Enter sales and purchase orders through SAP
- Assist with warehouse and stock planning for UK and Germany stores
- Create stock cards for new products
- Support product uploads, content updates, and e-commerce platform operations
- Open and manage product listings on Amazon and TikTok sales channels
- Monitor and maintain product information accuracy
- Communicate actively with suppliers through written and verbal correspondence
- Support reporting and operational coordination tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international projects
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable
