We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner  who creates value alongside business units, guides managers, and contributes to the overall organization.

Job Description:

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for assigned business units
• Work closely with managers to analyze organizational needs and develop effective solutions
• Drive performance management processes in collaboration with business units and monitor development areas
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and career development processes
• Manage recruitment processes in line with business needs and ensure the right talent is hired
• Develop and implement actions to enhance employee engagement and experience
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources
• Preferably experienced in HRBP, organizational development, or talent management processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with business units
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to change and transformation environments
