Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support key HR functions, contribute to employee experience initiatives, and ensure the effective execution of HR processes in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support employee orientation and onboarding programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in performance management, talent development, and training activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and projects. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
