• Follow up on orders with client brands in Europe to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery,
• Arrange sample submissions to customers for approval,
• Handle pre-production and size set approvals,
• Follow up on production processes and delivery timelines,
• Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and cost requirements,
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis, keeping them updated on all issues from initial inquiries through production and delivery to their warehouses,
• Manage new style development and prepare products based on customer needs,
• Manage the complete merchandising process from inquiry to shipment,
• Prepare orders with all necessary details and communicate them accurately to the production team to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience,
• Strong product and material knowledge (Circular Knitting and Jersey Production) with strong product development skills and familiarity with the product development process,
• Able to work under pressure, be result-oriented, and have excellent communication skills,
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively,
• Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks effectively, strong problem-solving skills, and able to meet deadlines,
•  Able to report regularly to the Team Leader, provide timely updates on ongoing processes, and ensure effective communication of all relevant information,
• A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
