Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Occupational Health & Safety within the manufacturing and automotive industry.
• Holder of a Class B Occupational Health & Safety Specialist Certificate approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
• Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Law and related regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System standards and implementation processes; knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic level of English.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety practices in the field.
• Prepare and update Occupational Health & Safety procedures, instructions, and documentation.
• Develop and deliver Occupational Health & Safety training programs and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation and corporate standards by monitoring legal requirements and coordinating the necessary actions.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses; monitor the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor Occupational Health & Safety performance indicators, prepare regular reports, and present findings to management.
• Support the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving workplace safety and reducing operational risks.
• Collaborate closely with production and support functions to ensure Occupational Health & Safety requirements are integrated into daily operations.
