Pricing & Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-orientedPricing & Business Analystto support commercial operations through pricing governance, business analysis, reporting, and process coordination. The successful candidate will contribute to improving profitability, enhancing business visibility, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer quotations and pricing proposals to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor product and project profitability by analyzing margins and pricing performance.
• Prepare regular commercial reports, including sales, pricing, profitability, and business performance analyses.
• Support management with ad hoc analyses and business insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Maintain pricing databases, commercial documentation, and business-related records to ensure organizational knowledge retention.
• Develop and improve reporting templates, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Coordinate pricing approval workflows and follow up on commercial processes across departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for commercial operations when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Netsis ).
• Demonstrated interest and motivation to participate in ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Ability to support business process mapping, documentation, and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Business Controlling, FP&A, or Business Analysis.
