JOB DESCRIPTION

• Verify the accuracy of invoices related to purchase orders by reviewing prices, quantities, discounts, and tax information against the corresponding purchase orders.

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely recording of verified invoices in the system.

• Identify incorrect, excessive, or duplicate invoices and follow up on necessary corrections and returns in coordination with suppliers.

• Identify price discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders and resolve them in collaboration with the Procurement Department.

• Monitor open purchase orders and coordinate the closure of completed orders with relevant departments.

• Verify the accuracy of invoice records and follow up on approval processes within the system.

• Support the verification of payment request documents, purchase orders, and quotation documents.

• Review warehouse and inventory transaction data and prepare relevant reports.

• Analyze processing and waiting times related to purchase orders, deliveries, and invoicing, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports on invoice control activities and communicate identified discrepancies to relevant departments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and invoice control processes, preferably with knowledge of procurement operations or supply chain processes.

• Strong knowledge of invoice verification, accounts payable processes, and fundamental accounting practices.

• Familiarity with purchase orders, invoice recording, and inventory management processes.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Preferably experienced in using ERP systems.

• Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined, and results-driven.

• Strong reporting, planning, and follow-up skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
