Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
· Minimum 15 years of experience in similar position in the construction industry.
· Proven experience as a Technical Office Manager on large-scale projects.
· Experience on American projects is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of project planning, engineering coordination, material take-off, drawing/document management, Autodesk and drafting software, cross trade coordination.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience managing a project engineering team.
· Proficiency in drafting and pdf tools, Microsoft office suite.
· International project experience is mandatory.
· Advanced English communication skills.
· Experience in large scale construction and mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
· Willingness to relocate across Türkiye.
Responsibilities
· Manage all technical office activities throughout the project lifecycle
· Coordinate engineering, planning, procurement, and construction teams.
· Monitor project schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
· Review technical submissions, drawings, and project specifications.
· Support project management in achieving schedule and budget targets.
· Ensure engineering quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders on global projects.
