As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an Academic Support Assistant who enjoys research, is passionate about educational content, and is eager to take an active role in content development while supporting our academic operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support the development of academic content, educational materials, and presentations.
• Conduct research on educational programs and international English proficiency exams.
• Assist with the daily operations and administrative coordination of the academic team.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and support project workflows.
• Prepare, organize, and analyze data using Excel and other digital tools.
• Create presentations and educational/promotional videos.
• Provide support for online meetings and training sessions, including those scheduled outside standard working hours when required.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching (ELT), English Language and Literature, Translation and Interpreting (English), or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in material development or academic support within an educational institution.
• Have a YDS or YÖKDİL score of 70 or above, or demonstrate an equivalent level of English proficiency by successfully passing Goal Testing's English interview process.
• Preferably based in Istanbul,
• Possess strong research and analytical skills.
• Are highly organized with excellent follow-up and task management abilities.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Have experience preparing and organizing data, reports, and professional presentations.
• Pay close attention to detail and produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Have strong communication skills, respond promptly, and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset.
• Are flexible when business needs require adjustments to working hours.
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
