We are looking for a "International Patient Experience Agent" to be assigned to our Clinic who has strong patients focus and passionate about delivering memorable Patients Experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Welcoming the patients in the clinic and providing required information about the procedures.

Providing interpretation for patients, their accompanying members, and health care team in a manner that promotes hospitality and patient satisfaction, within the given linguistic/cultural context for medical team in all settings.

Encouraging communication between patient and health care team to build rapport and ensure that the listener understands the message.

Responsible for daily documentation of patients activity and medical records.

May also be called upon to facilitate the following: follow-up appointments and transportation affairs, insurance/payment process, informed consents, and site translations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of similar working experience

Must be bilingual in Turkish and English with proven linguistic abilities in medical interpreting

Ability to work in challenging situations

Excellent interpersonal, Human Relations, and communication skills

Strong Teamwork and time management skills

Highly motivated and positive attitude

Have great organizational skills and persistence
