Gold Harvest, a subsidiary of Oyak Group, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to oversee its Master Potato, Master Farm, Master Nut and TopzCorn brands.

Gold Harvest is a fast-growing FMCG company operating across multiple food categories, includingSalty Snacks, Nuts & Seeds and Healthy Snacks.

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the execution of brand strategies for assigned brands, ensuring strong market performance through effective innovation, communication and activation. This role focuses on deep brand ownership, excellence in execution and cross-functional coordination, while contributing to overall category growth.

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of FMCG marketing experience, preferably infood or snacking categories.
  • Strong hands-on experience in brand management and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record in innovation project management.
  • Solid understanding of media, digital and in-store communication.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English; international exposure is a plus.


Responsibilities:

* Strategic Brand Category Management

  • Market and Category Segmentation,
  • Category strategy in conjunction with the category directors,
  • Brand Positioning in the relevant countries,
  • Brand Equity Management,
  • Range Architecture Management,
  • Strategic pricing,
  • Channel Strategy,

* Innovation & Renovation

  • Identifying new consumers and technology opportunities,
  • Briefing the categories for the key innovations in need,
  • Packaging design and product formulation via categories,
  • Determining the right range, variants and formats,

* Brand Communications

  • Communications strategy, (inc. high level media priorities)
  • Theme advertising copy development, (eg for TV, press, outdoor, digital etc)
  • Agency briefing and management,
  • Coordinates PR & Sponsorship activities,

National Marketing Plans 

  • Participates in the creation of marketing strategies and annual plans in line with the overall company strategies and accordingly prepares the marketing plans and budgets together with his/her superior,

* Customer and Channel Marketing Management

  • Supervises promotions planning, budget setting and pricing,
  • Deep dive of sales and market reports and develop strategies and take actions in all channels to increase sales,
  • Channel strategy management for all brands and product portfolio, (planogram, channel portfolio strategy, pricing, sizing)
  • Development of sales tools for the sales force: Sales pitches, Trade Stories, among others,

* Launch Management

  • Participates in launch plans and channel strategies for each country,
  • Coordinates and ensures the packaging artworks,

* Market Research Studies

  • Analyzes retail and household panel data and uses the data for the development of the action plans,
  • Identifies the need for market research conducted to analyze the consumer need and behavior, has the research briefs prepared, evaluates the researches and accordingly creates action plans,

* Product/Portfolio Management (also vis a vis competition)

  • Studies all the findings regarding the market dynamics, identifies the product strengths and weaknesses, competitive threat and opportunities, and contributes to product strategies in line with the company’s overall strategy,
  • Observes and ensures analysis of product performance,
