Program Requirements & Qualifications:

We are looking for high motivated young talents to join our dynamic teams!

As a Future Digital Aviator, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in technology sector with a senior manager (mentor) in one of our departments:

    - PMO:

      * Project Management

      * Product Management

    - Software:

      * Backend Development (Phyton)

    - Technology Procurement (Contract Management)

    - Corporate Communications

    - People & Culture (Human Resources) 

• 4th year university students and new graduates from universities in following departments below:

      - Engineering Departments: MIS, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, etc.

       - Other Departments: Aviation Management, Business Law, Business Administration, Economics or Public Relations departments, etc.

• 3 months-long summer program (July & August & September) that includes mentoring sessions by Gözen Digital Aviation senior managers.
• Advanced level of English (C1)
• Ability to work with agile teams as a team player with self-disciplined, self-motivated, and analytical approach.
• Highly energetic with a strong communicational skill.

• Assessment tests,
• Online interviews,
• F2F introduction meetings with senior managers at our office,
• Offer.

At the end of the talent program, our successful Future Digital Aviators will have a chance to go on with part-time or full-time job offers in GDA teams.
