QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client who is the global leader in the diagnostic market, is looking for an organized and energetic Customer Service Representative forSupply Chain Management Department. 

Responsibilities;

·       Receive and process all customer orders activity in SAP system including data entry, updates, monitoring and reporting for portfolio of customers,

·       Calculate purchasing requirements relating to customer orders,

·       Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from all sales channels,

·       Track incoming shipments and backorders,

·       Communicate daily with Order Management Manager, as well as Planning & Sales & Warehouse counterparts to review customer delivery issues,

·       Prioritize daily tasks between urgent customer needs and long term strategic plans,

·       Build and maintain good supplier relations with customers to ensure timely supply of goods.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Minimum of two years’ of relevant customer service experience

·       Proven knowledge and experience of SAP (SD User is a must)

·       Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook,

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

·       Self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized,

·       Ability for offering creative solutions to problem solving,

·       Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment,

·       Excellent time management skills and ability to set priorities effectively.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
