We are looking for a "Health and Safety Specialist" in Menemen on behalf of our global partner operating in the wind energy sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related fields,
- Excellent knowledge of the local HSE regulations and legal requirements,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Environmental experience,
- Fluent in Business English (further language competences would be preferable e.g.German, Spanish),
- Ability to work in a team and self organise,
- Planning & organizing,
- Willingness to go on business trips within Turkey and abroad,
- Driving Certificate
Job Description
- Perform internal site Audits and create RAMS documents,
- Follow the Legal Req. and implement company HSE Procedures,
- Organize and perform inspections on site,
- Organize HSE training courses,
- Investigate accidents and accomplish its documentation,
- Prepare and develop work and safety instructions,
- Handle waste management and environmental issues,
- Implement a health Program,
- Keep and enter HSE related data into the Database System,
- Collate Monthly HSE Statistics and KPI from relevant departments and submit to Global HSE.
