We are looking for a "Junior Embedded Software Engineer" for an innovative Ankara-based engineering company.

We are looking for highly motivated engineer who are passionate about understanding systems from the lowest hardware layers to the highest software abstractions.

As part of our R&D team, you will contribute to the development of advanced embedded solutions used in mission-critical applications across defense, energy, and industrial technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engineering challenges involving processor architectures, operating systems, device drivers, FPGA-based systems, and real-time applications.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain embedded software for custom hardware platforms
• Participate in BSP, bootloader, and device driver development activities
• Adapt and optimize operating systems for target processor architectures
• Design, implement, test, and debug embedded applications
• Contribute to hardware-software integration processes
• Analyze and solve complex system-level engineering problems
• Participate in quality assurance, verification, and testing activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on long-term R&D projects

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Strong engineering mindset and genuine curiosity for technology
• Interest in embedded software, computer architecture, operating systems, or low-level software development
• Ability to approach problems analytically and systematically
• Willingness to learn, research, and continuously improve technical skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Professional proficiency in English
