R&D Engineer – Food & Beverage

We are looking for an "R&D Engineer" for our global partner operating in the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of food and beverage formulations.
• Conduct laboratory trials and basic analytical tests.
• Prepare product samples for internal and customer projects.
• Support raw material and finished product evaluations.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and project records.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and laboratory procedures.
• Support product development and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with laboratory inventory and raw material tracking.
• Provide technical support to relevant internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering.
• Previous experience or internship experience in food and beverage R&D is preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
