We are looking for a "Recipe Controller" for our global partner in the food industry.
Job Description
- Developing production instructions for active products, maintaining their currency, and managing production rates and bottleneck analyses,
- Entering BOM data received from the R&D team into the SAP system, creating master lists in Excel, and validating data accuracy,
- Carrying out SAP matching and identification processes for all inputs entering the system, from raw materials to pallets,
- Maintaining data integrity by executing analysis plans and MPA tests within the system,
- Optimizing recipe group configurations for accurate production scheduling and increasing OTIF performance,
- Converting instructions from the R&D stage into applicable field operation instructions for initial production,
- Taking an active role in SAP migration processes and conducting technical partnerships with global SAP teams,
- Supporting "Right First Time" production processes, analyzing recipe-based errors, and managing corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience,
- Proficient in SAP modules; preferably having taken part in SAP migration processes, with competence at the Key User or Super User level,
- Advanced level of fluent English proficiency to communicate directly with global teams and convey technical issues,
- Proactive, with strong cross-departmental coordination skills, solution-oriented, and a constructive communication style.
