We are looking for a ‘’Senior Revenue Growth Management Associate’’to be inAltunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

  • Supporting the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies to drive sustainable revenue and
  • profitability growth,
  • Analyzing pricing, promotions, trade investments, and product mix
  • to identify opportunities that improve revenue and margin performance,
  • Monitoring and evaluate sales performance, market trends, and  activities to generate actionable insights,
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance align pricing and promotional strategies with business objectives,
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and trade investments, providing recommendations to optimize ROI,
  • Preparing regular performance reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making,
  • Contributing to long-term revenue growth initiatives by identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field,
  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Trade Marketing, Sales Analysis, or similar roles, preferably in the FMCG sector,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets,
  • Solid understanding of pricing strategies, promotional planning, and commercial performance management,
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with reporting tools is a plus,
  • Fluency in English.
