We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who can manage the entire sales cycle, strengthen existing partnerships, and turn customer satisfaction into success stories.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and create customized proposals and solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle by engaging with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure project continuity.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver the best possible solutions.
- Represent and promote Coensio’s products and services with an innovative, results-driven approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, customer management, or business development,
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or education services sales is a plus,
- Understanding of software industry dynamics and technical teams,
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills,
- Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset,
- Fluent in English,
- Positive, proactive, and results-driven,
