At Grafton Türkiye, we are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants to join our talent network for upcoming project-based recruitment assignments with leading national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and functions
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, acting as a recruitment partner throughout the hiring process
• Understand business needs and provide recruitment insights, market intelligence, and hiring recommendations
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
• Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
• Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Deliver recruitment projects on time while meeting agreed service levels and quality standards
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Previous experience in agency, consultancy, in-house recruitment, or project-based hiring environments is preferred
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and direct search capabilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable, well-organized, and results-driven
