This position is based in our İzmir site, located in the Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Engineer to bridge customer needs with technically and commercially optimized solutions.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end tender and quotation process, ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Engineering, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivering accurate proposals, competitive pricing, and high-quality technical documentation—contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender & Quotation Management ; Manage end-to-end tender processes including technical clarification, internal coordination, documentation, and submission.
• Handling Requests for Quotations (RFQ) ; Prepare and structure quotations based on customer specifications, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Technical Solution Design & Sales Layout; Prepare equipment layouts (AutoCAD 2D), configure solutions, and validate feasibility in collaboration with Engineering.
• ERP & Price Book Management (Business Central) ; Maintain and update pricing structures, configure products in ERP, and ensure data integrity for quotation processes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Tender Team Leadership ; Lead or coordinate tender teams, align technical and commercial inputs, and ensure stakeholder clarity.
• Internal Sales Development & Process Improvement ; Participate in optimization initiatives related to tendering processes, pricing governance, and digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience in the industrial machinery industry is preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 15 days per year
